A minimalist take on a Milano Residences penthouse (late post)
This condo unit for lease feature is an old project of mine. I will never forget this because as I was starting out back in 2016, I didn’t think I’d get to handle a penthouse unit in a beautiful tower like Milano Residences; let alone for a discerning client who’s based abroad.
It was a tight deadline of just 2 weeks, a very strict budget, and no face-to-face meeting as all communication happened online. Since the condo was meant to be leased out for short to medium term leasing, I had to create a cozy, minimalist style to catch renters’ attention while keeping it easy to maintain. Here’s how it looked before the work.
And here’s my minimalist take after. Oh, we were not allowed to do much on the walls so only neutral colored paint was done.
PS. Do you like the new website design? 🙂 I’ve been away on my blog for a few months due to my hectic schedule. But it feels great to be back on my laptop to share my journey in this crazy ‘double agent’ life. High five and fist bump to that!
